Date # 20

I went out with D on Saturday night. Now, we had a fantastic time!- but I think that I’m starting to see everything about him on a different level, both good and bad things. We meet in his lobby and take a cab down to Sotho. In the cab we both discover our love for Hotel bars, and I snuck in my top picks for the best HH eats while at the bar. We went to some Mediterranean place, where apparently he’s been before- because they know his name. We eat, and chat, and he gives me some of his poetry to read (and that’s not really “me”) but I read anyway. He says he has other things planned, and we go to Hudson Bar and Books, bc it’s his favorite place, and when he was an I banker, he would always go there with his friends, and it just has good memories. Well I thought we were there for an hour, and I come to realize that we were there for 4! Time flew… and so did the drinks. D drinks a lot- and he can bc he’s bigger then me. Now, we’d all think that’s great, bc so do I, but really, we don’t need 2 lushes! We took a cab back together- and I slept over his apartment. And believe me we did NOTHING! Because I feel asleep as soon as I walked in the door- awesome! Then on Sunday we spent the better half of the morning lying in bed listening to music and chatting, then napping, then chatting. It was quite comfortable. D is a very introspective person, and quiet at times, but he’s got a big heart, and he’s cuddly like a bear, and cute. I think were going out again on Wednesday, bc he is going out of town this weekend.
